## Vehicles & Fixed Base Prices

Prices below are the "from" starting rate in Thai Baht (THB) for short/standard routes; longer intercity routes (e.g. Bangkok–Pattaya, Bangkok–Hua Hin, Phuket airport transfers) are quoted per route and confirmed after booking.

- **Toyota Altis (Standard Sedan)** — from ฿600 — 3 passengers, 2 bags. Best for couples/solo travelers between cities.
- **SUV (Toyota Fortuner / Family SUV)** — from ฿800 — 4 passengers, 4 bags. Ideal for families, extra legroom and luggage space.
- **Van (VIP Minivan)** — from ฿1,100 — 9 passengers, 8 bags. High-roof van for larger groups and extra luggage.

All vehicles are air-conditioned, licensed, insured, and include fuel and highway tolls in the quoted fare.

## How Booking Works

1. Enter pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and flight number (optional, for flight tracking).
2. Select number of passengers, children, and extra luggage.
3. Choose a vehicle (Sedan/Altis, SUV, or Van).
4. Enter contact details (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, Line/messenger) and submit the booking request.
5. Bubble BB confirms the exact price and pickup details by email/WhatsApp. Payment is made in cash to the driver on arrival — no deposit.

Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible; urgent same-day bookings are subject to availability.

## Policies (summary)

- Payment: cash to driver on arrival, in THB. No deposit for standard transfers.
- Cancellations: free more than 12 hours before pickup.
- Airport pickup waiting time: up to 1h45m free after flight lands (flight delays are monitored); 200 THB/hour after that.
- Hotel/city pickup waiting time: 20 minutes free; 200 THB/hour after that.
- Child seat surcharge: 300 THB.
- No smoking or alcohol in vehicles.
